Great buying experience here!
I just picked up my new car at Dave Smith Ford! I bought a used car, but it is my first car, and my dad came with me and it was a really good experience!

I picked up a 2007 Ford Focus with only 45,000 miles on it! It is pretty much exactly what I was looking for. I am going away to college next year so my parents told me to find a nice car with lower miles on it that also gets good gas mileage.

I d... view moreid my research and narrowed my cars down to the Focus, the Corolla, and the Civic. I found a bunch of other cars around town, but nobody wanted to talk to me since I probably look like I can`t buy a car.

I saw this particular Focus online and went in to Dave Smith Ford dealership to see it in person. I can`t remember the salesman`s name, but he came right out to help me. He wasn`t pushy, only asked me what I was going to use it for, how many miles I drive, etc.

After he let me drive the car, I finally told him that my parents were going to buy the car for me to take to school in the Fall. He even let me take the car home to show my mom and dad during his dinner break. Needless to say, I came back with my dad after dinner, and we bought the car that night.

The price was great, and the car is in excellent condition. I really felt like I was treated the best at this dealership. Most other salespeople wouldn`t give me the time of day, but the salesperson at this dealership went over and above to help me buy a car! I`m very happy!

Good Quicklane visit.
I recently took my 2007 Fusion to the Quicklane at Dave Smith Ford. I had an oil change and regular maintenance, and a car wash done in just about 30 minutes.

I used to take my car to Monroe, but the kids working there didn`t seem to know what they were doing. I feel better having a Ford mechanic work on my car.

I had a good experience at Dave Smith Ford, and will go back in the future.

Good Service value
I had service done to my truck. They asked if I could possibly leave an honest review of my experience. I was pleased with the work performed. I had the transmission service, tire rotation, and oil service. It was all done in a timely fashion for a decent price (around $450 for the 30k service). I was happy to get my truck back nice and clean. There wasn`t any grease stains on the inside of the truck. Good Car and Good Deal
I just bought a car from these people and I was happy with the whole deal. I made them an offer on a 2008 Escape that was listed online. They countered and we got it done. The guys in the Used Car building were fun to deal with. They made it easy for me, and I was able to get this nicer car and still keep my payments affordable. I just love it here. I have been bringing my car in for service here for the last two years. Everytime I show up, I am always greeted with a smile! Mary is funny, and I have worked with both Mikes, and Brad. I always feel like I am treated fairly at Dave Smith Ford. I will continue to do business here because of the nice people that work here.

great service here
I own a 2003 Ford F150 that I have owned since the begining. I had a problem with it recently so I took it to Delacy Ford. It was making a funny noise at certain times. I took it there and tried to explain what was happening. After 3 visits, all I got were a new set of brakes and a transmission flush, but I still had the same problem that I originally had!!! It cost me almost $1,000 and I still didn`t get the p... view moreroblem fixed.

I was very POd so I wanted to take it somewhere else to see if they could fix it. I took it to Dave Smith Ford. I had an appointment and met with Mike Ezzo in the service lane. I tried to describe what the noise was and that it didn`t happen all of the time. Mike took the time to drive up the road with me to see if he could hear it. After driving a few miles we heard it very slightly. We turned around and went back to the service depatment. Mike had one of his guys put the truck up on the lift.
Turns out that a clip that held one of the cooler lines had corroded over time. There was a recall notice out there for just this problem.
Mike and his guy were able to get this annoying problem fixed for me AT NO CHARGE!!! I had to pay the other dealer almost $1,000 for a bunch of unrelated stuff and they couldn`t fix it. I think Mike Ezzo and his guy Bob at Dave Smith Ford worked with me to get my problem fixed, and they weren`t trying to sell me a bunch of other stuff that I didn`t even bring my truck there for. I don`t know much about how trucks operate so I have to go by what the mechanics tell me. I felt that I was treated extremely fairly at Dave Smith Ford. I am definitely going there for my service needs from now on. I may even trade this truck for a newer one.

Love my new car
They asked me to write an honest review of my experience.

I leased a new Fusion from Dave Smith Ford two months ago. I started my search by looking at the Ford website. I liked the looks of the Ford Fusion so I sent an email in to the dealership. I got a reply almost immediately from a nice young lady named Brittany. She was able to get me all of the information I needed at that point. I checked out Dave Smith Ford online prior to my visit, and was happy to see several good reviews.

I met Brittany at the dealership a few days later. She had a representative car waiting for me to take for a test drive. I drove the Fusion and I really thought it fit my needs perfectly. I just wanted a nice looking car that gets good gas mileage, and also fit my $250ish monthly budget.

Brittany worked several different payment deals out for me. I looked at buying versus leasing. Ultimately, I chose to lease the car because I want to be able to get into the new model in a couple years. The payments on this car are VERY affordable.

I did my research, and I am pleased to give Brittany, and Dave Smith Ford an EXCELLENT rating!

Great Service
I bring my car to Dave Smiths Fords carwash regularly. I just did an oil change there and they washed my car after the oil change. I do like to dry my car myself. I think the people at this particular dealership are good people. The boys at the wash are good kids.
