THINK TWICE! Before you deal with this place. The SALES dept are a bunch of con-artists while the SERVICE dept are a bunch of crooks! I am glad that I walked away from this place when I was purchasing my car once because at some point I felt that they are trying to twist my arm in trying to sell me a car. Recently by a chance of fate had to have my other (older) Honda towed to SI Honda service. Worst possible experience ?ˆ“ they fixed problem of vehicle stalling. But my vehicle wound up with 3 other problems which were caused by poor workmanship of mechanics working in this place. Dealing with this place now to get these problems fixed it?ˆ™s like pulling teeth ?ˆ“ they are giving me the run around and are trying to avoid fixing these new problems which were caused by them. Dealing with sales advisors and service managers and service director is not a pleasant experience. If you have to deal with them then at least do yourself a favor and pay with Credit Card!!! -so that you could at least dispute the charge when you find that the parts were not replaced, other parts that were replaced were not necessary to be replaced etc?ˆ¦

***Stay Away*** Called RENZO used car salesman at Staen Island Honda. Asked if 2000 Accord Stock #8U1021N was still on lot. RENZO tells me he can see it because it is in front of dealership. I asked what the interior color was and he didn`t know. He told me he would go out to the car and see. He returned a few minutes later and tells me the interior color is beige. Since this was for my grandson, I called my daughter... view more right after hanging up with RENZO. She called RENZO, 1/2 hour later to ask him a question on the Accord. He told her it was No Longer Available. So, he wants us to believe in 1/2 hour the car was sold, all paperwork done, registration and plates acquired and driven off the lot ALL IN 1/2 HOUR. Do yourself a favor, Stay Away From RENZO and SI HONDA. Just read the reviews on this dealership. Unfortunately, I didn`t and called.
By the way, the Accord RENZO says is no longer available is STILL ON THE INTERNET.
