BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!There is a GOOD REASON for why Ozzy has to advertise himself as "The Honest Guy`s" That would be because he is DISHONEST AS HELL!!!!!!!!!! I used to be a customer of his for a number of years. I followed him after he left Undercare in Shrub Oak. Little did I realize HE IS A LYING CROOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It took me a year or two to figure it out but every time I brought my car in for an inspection I wouldn`t get out of there without paying $400-$600 in repairs to get my car to pass inspection. The last time was it! He said that they had to do something to clean the engine so that it would pass the emissions test. I sat in the waiting area and saw steam coming from something they hooked up to my car. He told me that there was something else going on with my car and they needed to keep it over night so they could figure out what was wrong otherwise it wouldn`t pas the inspection. I had no problems with my car before that day. When I got my car back it started overheating. My car was ruined!!! He power flushed my cooling system which you are not supposed to do to an older car. It knocked all sorts of crud loose and blew holes in the lines. The radiator and lines were so full of muck after he got done that it had to be reflushed. The cooling System was ruined. When I confronted him he lied through his teeth and the rest is history! I NEVER WENT BACK NOR EVER WOULD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE SAME OZZY OWNS BOTH THE GARAGE ON RT 202 YORKTOWN AND AT THE BEACH SHOPPING CENTER IN PEEKSKILL ***I`LL BET Whoever Gave The Good Review Was The "DISHONEST GUY" Himself Ozzy!***

STAY AWAY. NOT HONEST - RIP OFF

Hi, I would request you to stay away from Ozzy`s auto clinc. Whenever you take your vehicle for inspection, they would lit down 7 to 10 issues and start negotiating the rates. I have been going to them for last two years and it has been a rip off past 1 year. Very recently I was given a estimate for $ 940 to complete the inspection and when I took it to another auto workshop, the whole cost was $ 80.00 + Inspection ... view morefee of $ 37.00. Not Just Me

I`ve been a customer of Ozzy`s for quite some time. When I first entered, I was all set or some sort of runaround...but I was pleasantly surprised when not only did they take the time to explain the problems with my vehicle, but they also let me know that said problems were not a major issue, and that what I thought was going to be an astronomical bill was, in fact extremely reasonable. I recommended this place to qu... view moreite a few people, and with ONE exception (this one guy thinks he knows everything there is to know, anyway, so his opinion meant nothing, really), everyone I recommended has been so pleased with the place that they are to this DAY steady customers! One fellow even consulted Ozzy`s when he was buying a car for his daughter and brought it there to have it looked at. The crew spent over an hour on the car, taking it first for a test drive, checking the car nose to tail. It did need a few things, but he said no one pressured him to have the work done there. He told me that as he came to the front desk to pay for the consult, he was told ""no charge""... After thinking about it, he returned the next day and had them do the work. The price he paid was BELOW the estimate, because the fellow at the desk said he was applying coupons and discounts. I went in the following day to have an oil change done. I overheard another customer mention my name...turns out the fellow who had the work done on his daughter`s car had already recommended Ozzy`s to others. When you`re good, you`re GOOD!

NOT HONEST, I AGREE STAY AWAY !!!!!

I live close and figured i would try them for an oil change and inspection, they would not honor there oil change special because they said I had specail order oil filter, and they said I needed brakes all around.

Well I have a small block chevy v- 8 motor one of the most common motors ever made, the oil filter is an A mover which means is is always in demand and mass produced as far as the brakes they were wo... view morern but not cracked or broken, no pitting or hot spots, I am a retired mechanic, I do most of my work myself, which I didn`t tell them to see if they were honest, and they are not they also gave my a laundry list of other items I needed.
I took the car to another mechanic for my inspection and besides a tailight that was replaced there were no other problems, surprise the brakes even passed.

The Ozzy i went to was on 202 not the Ozzy in peekskill, maybe peekskill is bette ror maybe worse but the are owned by the same person

i will never go back to either.

STAY AWAY!!!

Do not use this place! There is no ""quik fix"" here. Take your car in for brake pads, you`ll ""need"" rotors. Conveniently, when I asked for my brake pads they were already disposed of. I dropped my car off for an alignment, 2 hours later i was called and told they couldn`t ""loosen"" my tie rod and I`d need to buy a new one. I took my car to a familiar mechanic in my hometown and that tie rod came right off, ... view moreno problem. Also, when they say an hour and a half, you can count on 3 hours. Don`t hold your breath waiting on them to call when your car is finished either, you`ll have to go back and be in their face waiting.

Too bad this place is 1/10 of a mile away from me, I`ll never use them again and I would never recommend a friend to go. I`ll drive the 35 minutes to my reliable mechanic.
