DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE Holbrook Auto Service Inc. (Also known as Vets Auto Technology Inc) - I brought my vehicle in for repair for a blown motor. I specifically asked the owner (Rocco/Rocky) to order me a remanufactured motor and replace my motor. I did not want my old motor in my vehicle because it was known for having issues. After almost 8 weeks of keeping my vehicle for repairs and excuse after excu... view morese of why it has not been fixed yet, I was returned my vehicle with a 3yr/100,000 mile warranty on one complete remanufactured motor. 4,000 miles later my engine has problems again and a piston was melted. I then found out that my "remanufactured" motor was in fact a "rebuild" of my motor only fixing what had gone wrong. I did in fact pay for a quoted "remanufactured" motor but obviously did not get what I paid for. He then continued to tell me he WOULD NOT honor his warranty because "it was nothing he did" and blamed it on a fuel injector after servicing the fuel system 4,000 miles ago and prviding a warranty on all work performed. Nothing in the warrantly excluded faulty fuel injectors. He also now refuses to provide the fuel injector report and the bad fuel injector. Needless to say, I removed my vehicle and engine from his possession and took it elsewhere to have installed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I WAS ALSO FORCED TO PAY 500$ BY THE POLICE to have my vehicle removed from his lot because he wanted to be paid for removing the motor and sending it to a local repair shop to be fixed. He was obviously through this before because he knew enough to put an "express lein" on my vehicle so the only choice I had was to pay. I`m not even sure that was legal. I also found out that others have taken their vehicles here and never went back because problems were fixed with junk yard parts was then charged for new OEM parts or cheaper parts bought at the local auto parts store.
