I hate this place! My car was one week old and I brought it there for a car wash. Right off the bat the guy collecting the money says to me in broken english "you know you have scratches on your car" and points toward my drivers side door. Of course I immediately jumped out of the car to look for my first scratch on the car, and of course there wasn`t any. They say this to each customer to cover themselv... view morees in case they scratch your car. Also, after a few washes there and my car had really bad swirl marks. The last time i went there, my car was visibly dirty after coming out, and dont even get me started on the guy who dries the car at the end with the filthy towels. You get what you pay for at Jo-Lea.
