horrible first experience/impression
i reserved a car several days in advance for a morning trip out to JFK for a flight out. I was ready to go outside a good two hours before my flight were to take off, only to find myself waiting about 15 minutes before i had to reach out to them to find out what was going on. speaking with them, they told me ""it`ll be there in a few minutes"", after which i waited another 15 minutes... growing anxious, i called in a... view moregain, getting the same response. after waiting another 15 minutes after that discussion, i had no choice but to cancel the car since i`d be late for my flight, a full 45 minutes after my original reservation time. i called another car service and barely made it to the airport.

terrible... complete rip off
I am so upset with myself, I should have just hailed one of the yellow cabs that frequently pass Flatbush avenue. The cab driver was rude and practically speeding, making me car sick every time he stopped short on a red light. A 15 minute car ride turned into 30 minutes. The car was smelly, and I paid $20 dollars for what should have been an $11 ride. Completely Unreliable
I requested a car to pick me up to take me to JFK. The car was confirmed to pick me up at 2:30, 3 hours before my international flight was to depart. I gave them my phone number, it was repeated back to me. At 2:30, no one showed up, 2:45, 3:00, nothing. Furthermore no one answered at the Park Slope Car Service. I thought perhaps the car was running late and that they would call me as a result of the snow storm. NA... view moreDA. I ended up missing my international flight, scheduling a pick up with another company at the last minute and paying a 200$ rescheduling fee for my flight --which in my opinion Park Slope Car Service should pay.
When I finally reached Park Slope Car Service, I was told they never had any information whatsoever on my request and that it wasn`t their problem.......convenient huh?

the best in brooklyn
this service is great. they are reasonable, know brooklyn AND new york, get you where you need to go efficiently and courteously. they are also the best value and well worth using their service

So far, so good
No problem getting a car at 7pm on a Monday. The dispatch guy even estimated the exact time it would take to get to my apartment - 6 minutes!
I had never tried this company before, but it`s just fine.

I would use this car service again. My friend needed to get to Newark airport ASAP and this was one first car service that had a car available immediately. Their customer service was extremely helpful.
