. Rude and Not Professional Customer Service. I went to the store Neptune Auto Parts, bought paint spray for my car. The name of the paint color is the same color like my car and salesperson Aleksandr looked at my car and confirmed it. I bought paint spray and sprayed a little bit on my car. The color is different. I decided to return the paint spray. I went back to this store in 15 minutes with the receipt... view more and paint spray. The salesperson Aleksandr was rude and told me that we cannot accept this spray back because you already used it. The owner of the strore Simon did not defend me and refused to exchange this paint spray or return my money. I do not recommend to anybody to go to this store. Salesperson and owner of this store are rude and not professional. This business deserves a zero star rating. The best stores to go to are Home Depot and Auto Zone.

fare prices compared to other places

Neptune auto parts got the lowest prices for best quality parts when ever I need something for my ford mustang Im calling Neptune the owner name is Simon cool guy if u ask me his VERY SMART AND HELP FULL WHEN IT COMES TO CARS!!! i think he got the engine build into his brine lol thanks to Neptune my car is running safe and sound =)

i`ve been looking for one parts for my old car,chevy malibu 72.....i spent a lot of time on internet,loking in different stores and nobody can help me.......than somebody told me about ""neptune auto parts"" i came there and miracle:) sam,the owner, helped me and my car is running like new.....thanks to Sam....and if u need something u can always stop for free consultation.....

Never Return item there will not change.beware

The owner sam is the worse person to deal with. I went to return an item and he gave me a hard time. i left the store with an item that i purchase than learn i didnt need. Maybe if i was russia he will had change it with no qus ask. be ware bad custom service. if you going to purchase make sure you going to use it . he will not accept return. I called and spoke to him on the phone and i told him i didnt have a reciep... view moret he told me no problem than when i got there is was a whole different story. but thats ok i Never buy or send no body there
