I had a major breakdown on 17 ...
I had a major breakdown on 17 outside of Bradford and my idler pulley seized, mangled my belt and blew up the radiator. I was on my way to Penn`s Woods Jeep Jamboree and did not want to miss out on the whole weekend by getting towed back to Buffalo. I called about 10 places and no one wanted to deal with me at 4pm on a Thursday (most auto repair places close by 5pm around there). I spoke to the owner, Al, and told hi... view morem what parts I thought I needed. He began sourcing them, I arrived to the shop by 5:00 pm and he also gave me a loaner vehicle. I had my Jeep back by 10AM the next morning! I was able to salvage the rest of the day on the trail and it was amazing. A BIG THANK YOU to the owner Al, and to the service team for getting me back in action so fast. I had a great weekend on the trail. I also found out from many of the staff and people I met who live there that Al is one good guy, has a great reputation in town and is very Jeep friendly!
One happy Jeeper!

Horrible
Brought my car in, told them specifically "I think it needs a new alternator". Very easy and simple. They put in a new battery and said it was fine. My car broke down on the road 20 minutes later. Guess what the problem was? The alternator. If they can`t fix a simple problem like that, what can they fix?
