Service - No Nickel Dime Experience

I made a private purchase of a low mileage 1999 Blazer for a winter car with some known issues that were technical enough not for a local garage to test their skills. Mclouth repaired the two issues and did not give me a laundry list of other repairs that I should have done also. (unlike my Acura dealer) I will definately return to have the other smaller items repaired.

Unsatisfied Customer

We bought a used car from them not long ago and now we?ˆ™re sorry we did. It was obvious that the prep work on the vehicle was hastily done because certain items like filters that should have been checked and replaced, because they were dirty, were not. They buffed the car and damaged the paint because the person using the buffer was obviously inexperienced and burned the paint off on corners and on the door handles. M... view moreechanical items that should have been replaced due to wear weren`t. All this was brought to their attention but they claimed none of this was their responsibility. I would strongly recommend that if you are looking for a new or used vehicle, find a more reputable, caring and professional dealership because once these people have your money they could care less.
