They built their business on these principles which is why they were so successful. Next in line for the business was James H. Whitcomb, son of Percy. Jim ran the business with the same principles of honesty and fairness with a personal interest in each customer. In 1991 Jim retired and his son Tom took over the business with many years of experience and training in General Motors vehicles.
