I just took my car there for an alignment because my car was pulling to the right. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how it affected my car. While my car was there they checked all my fluids and topped them off without charging me. I think I have found my new shop!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! After over a decade of using Sidney Tire I can say my last visit will be the very last. I dropped my car off to have tires installed. Usually I wait, this time I could not as I have a small child. After 41/2 hours and numerous calls the car was finally done. When I went to pick it up it was out of gas and had been &quot;test driven&quot; 11 miles!!! WHAT? I specifically t... view moreold them NOT to test drive my car. It?ˆ™s new and a tad on the fancy side. I didn?ˆ™t have an alignment or any other work done to warrant a test drive. Just tires!! I confronted the owner and he told me HE drove it to the Deli. They were doing asphalt on Route 7, my car is white...are you kidding me? Why drive it ANYWHERE??? I measured the distance to the deli. Even at 3 trips it doesn?ˆ™t add up!! They have definitely lost my family?ˆ™s business forever and possibly warranting a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau!!!

Ridiculous prices, rude employ...

Ridiculous prices, rude employees. I was quoted over eight hundred bucks for exhaust work that Cole Muffler wanted only 367 bucks for. When I asked why, I basically got a shrug. I have gone here for years, and I used to trust them, but no more. The big guy who is now running the garage is rude, arrogant and apparently doesn`t care if you bring your business there or not.

Crown vic. had a coolant leak.Brought car in for diagnostic.Was told it was intake gasket that needed to be replaced.320$ later,After replacing intake gasket,they decided that 5$ heater hose was the real problem.315$ wasted.Pick up car,engine dies twice before leaving parking lot.try to leave,cant drive car.Return inside,was greeted by a laughing mechanic saying&amp;quot;she don`t run like she used to,does she..w... view moree had a flood of water pour in your engine&amp;quot; ...EXCUSE ME? leave car there,for them to try and fix their mistakes. 3 days later , finally get car back. 70 extra miles on odometer...1/2 a tank of gas missing....where had they been driving my car?!?! get car home..runs rough.don`t care..not taking it back to them..been ripped off enough for 1 week. open hood once home...can smell antifreeze from a leak.The leak i took it in to get repaired originally.Still leaking...noticed wire harness cover is now smashed as well.Antifreeze spilled all over engine.Car is worse AFTER they &amp;quot;fixed&amp;quot; it!Runs REAL rough. going to have to replace my car because i took it to Sidney Tire to get a simple coolant leak fixed.
