Horrible treatment
I walked in wearing casual clothing and no one greeted me. Finally a salesman spoke to me and showed me one car. After showing the car he walked away and never came back. I was waiting for him to come back and finally gave up. I then went to BMW.

Avoid at all costs!
Went to pick up our new Yukon xl today only to have them cut in half what they offered us for our trade in and tried to jam us for an extra 1000. I guess their thinking was we were there and whats an extra grand to try and soak out of the customer. Said we should really be paying them 2500 more but they would settle for 1000. Told the salesman agree to the deal we signed or we ,were leaving. As he sat there in some s... view moreort of catatonic stupor without approaching the manager with the discrepancy my wife and I walked out. went to the Volvo dealership. Ended up with getting exactly what patrick and we had agreed upon for a trade in and bought a beautiful XC90 instead. Thank you Patrick for being a bunch of greedy scumbags, we ended up with a better deal and a better car. Thank you for showing us the light. Please go elsewhere to buy a car, don`t subject yourself to these people. They are a waste of your time and money!

The Best and Cleanest Dealer in Rochester!!!
I have been a faithful Patrick customer for years, even before they moved into brand new building. I have always been treated above and beyond what I would expect in both the Sales & Service Department. My most recent purchase, was buy far the best. I got a great used car for a price I couldn`t refuse! Thank you to all the helpful employees, once again I am a completely happy customer!

Consumer frauds R Us
I`ve worked for years in media and consumer fraud investigations, and this dealership is by far the most flagrant example of deceptive business practice I`ve witnessed. Vehicles are routinely marked with LARGE sales price tags, which detract from the thousands of dollars in additional fees hidden in small print!! For instance: LARGE PRINT Buy this vehicle for 10,995... in microscopic print on the corner of the tag ... view more After $2,900 cash or trade, $500 loyalty incentive fee (which you don`t qualify for), and other discounts (which nullify other incentive discounts)... so the $10,995 vehicle actually costs $14,395 + $750 + destin. charge of $580 + misc. fees.. for a grand total of $16-17k + taxes and license, of course... They also mark vehicles at extremely low ""marked down"" sales prices, only to refuse to sell the vehicle at the marked price, claiming: ""Oh... that sales tag was put there by mistake.. now let`s see what we can REALLY get you into the car for..."". Avoid this dealership at all costs. During my short visit, I met 2 disgruntled customers whor were filing claims with the Attorney General, in addition to the complaint I`m currently filing. Also check the BetterBusinessBureau.. Patrick has an unsatisfactory rating, with a large number of consumer complaints over the past 3 years.. When I confronted one Jeep Sales Manager, Ron Sandler, he actually became so agitated that he lost control and began flailing and yelling.. I have pictures to document my claims, and I hope to post links here shortly..
