I wasn`t very happy with their...

I wasn`t very happy with their staff. It`s a typical dealership with the `let me see what I can do` ...walks away, comes back saying, "my manager says..blah blah" ...walks away, comes back, "blah blah, want some coffee??". They pulled a bait and switch on me. Told me they couldn`t finance the lower priced vehicle I came for and tried to sell me into a new car BEFORE even looking at my credit re... view moreport. There was a lot of "what monthly payments do you want?" kind of gimmick going on... Remember, It`s not always about monthly payments; any payment can be low if you have a 7-year term! My biggest concern with their business is that they took a deposit for a car that I didn`t come there for (the new car they tried to sell me into). Said it was 100% refundable. I had to call them 4 times over the next 2 weeks before they finally refunded my deposit. Each time, I was told I`d get a call back, and never did. Why not just refund it the 1st time!? ...What if I never followed up?? I`d be out hundreds of dollars! If a customer asks for a refund on a deposit that`s "100% refundable" you need to refund them!! On the other hand, they do seem to have a lot of great cars on the lot. There is a pretty appealing V.I.P. treatment on all car sales, where they offer a whole bunch of services for free, including loaner vehicles on all major services(with them), free tow services during shop hours in Suffolk County, car washes if you get your car serviced there, a free annual 41 point safety check (which probably means let me check your car and tell you what you need to buy from us), and some more neat savings. I personally wouldn`t recommend this dealer. I mean if you see a car in their inventory that you`re really interested in, It`s worth checking out but just be aware of how they`re conducting their business with you and be alert to anything suspicious!! Hopefully you won`t have to go through what I did.
