I saw a car I liked but the price was out of my range. I live 100 miles away so I didn`t want to drive to see it if I couldn`t afford it. I asked if the price was negotiable and Ken came back with a lower price and I said OK, I`ll go see it. He said I had to come fast because the car was slated for auction at the end of the week.
I drove out and took it for a ride and after observing some things wrong with the c... view morear (red stains on the carpet and oil around the manifold seal), I negotiated a few more hundred dollars lower price with Jim (the owner) and I agreed to buy the car if I could put $2,000 on my credit card, and Jim said yes.
Ken was writing up the papers for me to sign and Richard came in the room and told me he would not honor the deal. He said that we had a deal on the phone for the higher price. I said, well that`s before I saw the car (who buys a car without seeing it first)? I told Richard that his father (Jim) OK`d the new price.
Richard then (rudely) said, well this is MY deal and we agreed on a price on the phone. He told me he could get more than that at auction, (which I know for a fact that he didn`t even get anywhere near what I offered him, plus he had to pay the auction fees and transport of the car, not a very good business decision).
I was also very put off by the lack of manners of the woman answering the phone. Every time I called and asked for Ken, I was bombarded with a barrage of questions, "Who is this? Where are you from? What`s this about?", always in a snippy tone and never a "please" or a "thank you".
I have to say that Ken and Jim were wonderful to deal with. Too bad Richard deprived Ken of his commission, I was ready to sign the papers. Personally, I will never buy a car from there and I will be telling all my friends about my experience too.

I purchased a 2007 Chrysler Town and Country from Jim White`s and was more than pleased with the whole experience. They are a very friendly staff and know how to treat a customer right. I needed warranty work done on my van and the process was completed fast and efficiently with no issue whatsoever! This is a great dealership with great deals and a great staff!
