Don`t Bring your car there
Two weeks ago ,I bring my daugther car for repair and have a LoF a+tire rotation .At first the advisor was to happy to help us and mention the total cost to start will be $175.00(thatis for diag.,oil changeand the tire rotation) didn`t have any objection with that ,cause want to let my daugther understand the procedure in a dealer service (knowing also the vehicle is cover under power train warranty and on top of tha... view moret we have a extended warranty :security plus +) The advisor there willbe nothing to worry about cause we will be cover on way to the other .Received acall withing 2 hour :we not cover at all and we will have to pay out of pockets ,try to explain then the Veh have 50k and an extended warranty .they refuse to hear what have to said it was :""take it or go to Hell"" .I have 38 years experience in Automotive service buisness ,own repairs shop, working in five star dealer ship for long enoughtto know this treatment was not the right one .Went back to get the car; the hostility could not be measure on there part because I chooce to go to hell and didn`t spend a dime there .""telling me I don`t know what I am doing"" .Geuss what the vehicle is running find now and it is a failure of nissan for the parts replace broke down and not train those brainless working there .Therefore I am not recommand any body to bring your busness there (if that could happen to me ;don`t know what willbe your verdict with then)

Beware
Beware of this place. Horrific approach to customer relationships and service department is nothing more than a typical chop shop. Brought in a 2001 pathfinder for service (this car has cost most than it`s book value in service), was willing to pay the premium at the dealership to ensure a quality job was done (big mistake). Was quoted 1.5-2 hours for simple job - brakes, oil change and tire rotation, ended up sittin... view moreg and waiting for 5 hours. Was charged for four hours of labor and was told that ""their most meticulous mechanic"" had been working on the engine. Was told that they had taken the car on a test drive to ensure things were in working order, even though there is a one way entry/exit and never saw the car leave. (Finally) left the shop and realized that A/C was no longer working. Brought in vehicle next day, asked them to fix the A/C that their meticulous mechanic clearly screwed up. Service manager was one of the sloppiest, most ignorant people I have ever encountered in a customer service role, whose only reply to my problem was ""I need to get paid"". He assumed I was out for a freebie (i suppose this is typical for a con artist - they assume everyone is out to con them as well). Eventually went to manager of the dealership, who told me that the A/C was an ""unrelated"" issue and there was nothing they could no. Nice racket they have going here, sell you a car with chronic problems and then take advantage of you when servicing it.
