I cant complain

I give 5 stars, I bought a Dodge truck from Graham 2 years ago and a van for my wife a year ago and I have no complaints he has done nothing but bend over backwards for us and is always nice to deal with. I guess it depends on who you ask some may think differently of him but when all he has done is been nice and helpful I cant really complain.

WORST DEALER EVER

Not even giving a star. Car should not have passed inspection. I had it less than a week. Driver seat belt never even worked! He said he would fix but didn`t. I went to another garage right away and they documented that it never should have passed. At first he told me he could ""Tell u to f#@k off""-then I said I will take it to a DMV inspector. He FREAKED. I got my trade in back and my $$ back but he was swearin... view moreg and abusive the whole time. Said I was the one who was a bad person! I am turning him into DMV, BBB, Auto Association and anyone else I can find.

dissapointment

Same problems as everyone else. Immediate problems which he can`t fix. Had a check engine light since I bought it, which was supposed to be resolved day 1. took it back and forth for months doing ""diagnostics"". Brake light came on.... Because both rear brake lines were leaking fluid (which means it shouldn`t have passed nys inspection). That`s extremely dangerous to let someone leave with a car like that. Also the... view more undercarriage is so rusted my mechanic doubts it will pass inspection next year. Oh and the check engine light they did all the diagnostics for? Leak detection pump. Took it to autozone they plugged it in and new exactly what was wrong. replaced it and my check engine light hasn`t returned. What was i doing for 2 months driving back and forth to their shop? I live 45 minutes away.... Once you pay for your car, they won`t help you. !!!WARNING---DO NOT BUY FROM GRAHAM HALL AUTO SALES---WARNING!!!

Guys like this are what give dealers a bad rap

Recently picked up a truck through this dealer...ashamed to say that I should have trusted my instincts on not done the purchase. Vehicle had its issues includING no lien release...drove around for six weeks on a suspended dealer plate! Which is against the law in NY. Purchased the vehicle to take on a long road trip for dependable transportation, can`t trust it to drive 15 miles without an exhaust tail pipe fa... view morelling off! He tells you what you want to hear and then makes you take time out again and again for service work that he can`t seem to handle. NEVER would I recommend that anyone purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Not after having to deal with DMV complaints, the Attorney General`s Office and Mr. Hall`s arrogant attitude over his mistakes and failures. After dealing with a suspended dealer plate...I WOULDN`T EVEN RECOMMEND A TEST DRIVE OFF HIS LOT! This dealer is over rated at 1 star.

Left stranded - and had it stuck up my a_ _!!

Bought a truck recently from Mr. Hall and was told it would be guaranteed parts for 30 days or 1000 miles - well when I broke down on the highway 3 days later - and had to be towed to my repair shop ($100 ) - I called Graham and was told that yes he would pay for the parts and put them on himself but that I would have to get the truck to him - 42 miles away - the vehicle was UNDRIVEABLE! ! ! Both front wheel bearing... view more nuts had been tightened to pass inspection to the point that they were destroyed. The front passenger wheel was at a 15?? angle and the spindle had bent - the bearings had gotten so hot while i was driving it that the metal grease cap had literally melted into the bearings. When I bought it I was told he told me that he put a new tie-rod on it - apparently it never got an alignment after putting the tie-rod on so the front tires were wearing funky after only 3 days (133 miles). The end result was that I ended up replacing the wheel bearings, rotors, and brake pads on both sides and the spindle and brake caliper on one side. Bottom line - It would have cost me $250 to have it towed back to him (42 miles) so he could fix it with his ""cheaper"" parts - and I wasn`t interested in having him fix a tricycle. The vehicle still needs more work and haven`t decided if I should just fix it or get rid of it - I had it stuck up my a_ _ and certainly do not recommend anyone going there to buy anything.

Wanna buy a lemon, this is the perfect place to go.

I bought a car from there in Novemeber of 2010, it was in the garage the week I bought it, Two weeks after that I had to return it to the garage for another problem, a three weeks after that, my car once agian had another problem so I brought it down to be fixed, I thought everything was great, i had my dream car it was finally fixed until two weeks later I brought my car back down due to another problem, today is Ap... view moreril 6th 2011, and my car has been in the shop since January 17th 2011.

I would NOT buy a car from there let alone a postage stamp. Graham is a snake. And he will have it coming to him.

good cars

I bought a car from Graham in August 2007 and have had no problems at all. The cars is great, gets great gas mileage and I couldn`t be happier. I`m actually looking at a second car from them for my wife.

I have been towed their 4 times in the last 15 months I do not recommend !

We bought a car with 2 yr labor warrantee. now I have been towed their 4 times in the last 15 months not counting the times I have drove their to have the car worked on. ((((( I do not recommend buying ))))a anything here we spent way to much money on a car here that keeps breaking down. Every time we take it up it takes 3 to 5 days to get it back .
