Best Serice in A neighborhood Environment

I have used Tires By Tony for over 10 Years. They have always given fast, accurate and affordable service to me. It has been great knowing I can get personalized service from a local merchant and not a big tire box store that you have to wait 4 hours to put tires on your car. Ok so if you need a tire or any kind of service for your car,stay far away from Liars by Tony.First of all why post your hours of operation if your not going to be open or available on those hours.Its like hit or miss with this place,one day they are open the other day they are closed. I guess it depends on how much vodka Tony and his loser son might have the night before.Never consistent and far from professional.So... view more I called Liars by Tony and got big liar Tony on the phone.I asked him if he had my tire size and said that I would be picking up 4 tires,got the exact address to put into my navigation system and told him that I was on my way.So I get there at about 2:30 pm exactly 35 minutes after I spoke to big fat liar Tony ,only to find the gate to Liars by Tony to be closed.I called the phone number to Liars by Tony and got big fat liar Tony on the line. I told him that I had called before leaving my home all the way from out east only to be told that he is now closed.His exact words was I`m not putting the dogs back in and I`m not going to turn the air compressor on again we are closed.Now if Im running a business and my hours of operation are 9-5 and I get a phone call from a customer telling me that they are on the way over and they get there 2 hours and a half before closing. I think I should be open for business call me crazy.Bad business ethics very bad.

NO CARE FOR HUMAN SAFETY ONLY CARES ABOUT MAKING A BUCK

Been dealing with this clown for about 10 years, he?ˆ™s rough around the edges, and can sometimes be rude, but I?ˆ™m an easygoing guy and could just shrug it off, giving him the benefit of the doubt of having a bad day. When I woke up the next morning 1 tire was flat, I tried to put on the spare to return to Tony?ˆ™s but couldn?ˆ™t even get the lug nuts off because he made them too tight with the hydraulic gun. I had no choice but to try to drive it to a nearby gas station to put air in it so I can get back to Tony?ˆ™s. The seal was broken on the tire, and me driving it destroyed the tire, so I admit I am to blame for that. After the gas station helped me get the tire off, I drove over to Tony?ˆ™s. He had no sympathy what so ever after I explained the dilemma. He said you can?ˆ™t drive on the tire like that and I told him I had no choice other than paying for a tow. I paid $30 for the tire, and he said he can give me another for $20 and that?ˆ™s all he can do. Again being the nice guy that I am and I admit to taking blame for driving the car like that. Ok, that was done, now the same day, my Son and I are driving the car on the Southern State Pkway when all of a sudden we here a pop from the other tire and immediately pull over to see the tire is half off the rim. So now I go to my regular mechanic to ask some questions about tires. Tony sold me 2 tires that were 2 sizes thinner than the original tires. I needed 195x60 and he sold me 175x60. My mechanic told me that that was why the tire wouldn?ˆ™t hold the seal because it was too thin for the rim, and Tony should know better, I guess all he cared about was the sale, not my safety. So now I go back to Tony and told him I don?ˆ™t want the same tire, I want another tire because this is the wrong size and it won?ˆ™t stay on the rim. Now Tony starts to yell at me saying tires don?ˆ™t just come off you must have hit a pothole. I said no, you screwed me out of 2 tires by putting the incorrect size on. Well once I said screwed, he got very offensive and started cursing up a storm telling me not to talk to him like that, hands me back the tire and says our relationship is over get the f*ck out of here. Again I am a peaceful person and just decided to leave while he was still yelling, and I did yell back at him that he?ˆ™s the one that told me it was a different size and that everything would be ok. It looked like he wanted to get physical, but for his sake I left because clearly he wasn?ˆ™t going to win that battle.

The WORST of any merchant ever!!

Steer clear of Tires by tony.(even if you get a flat in front of their place) They sell seconds. They use old wheel weights. They don`t know how to properly balance a tire. Then after being quoted a price, when completed they might change the price. Would Screw Over his Mother

Bought four used tires from Tony. I`m a nice guy and didn`t argue with him about his price. All four had cracked sidwalls and were dated FIFTEEN YEARS OLD. I brought this to Tony`s attention, asking that he find me something better. ""F-YOU"" was his reply. This guy would screw over his own mother.

Tony needs help

I just returned from Tonys tires - I had been to them more than 3 times. I had been there about a month ago to have a tire plugged. As I pulled up I said ""Hi I was here about a month ago to have a tire plugged"" - With that Tony starts to raise his voice- and says we do not guarantee work- I say- that is not what I asked- I said I have a leak in the same tire- It looks like something is sticking out- He says obviuos... view morely you ran over something ( he didnt even look at it) Again I said that was not the question- He says obviously you are an idiot- I say What? he says get the F... out of here. Two Time Customer.

The first time I went there was about two or three years ago. I had a bubble in my tire and after thirty dollars and ten minutes I drove away with a good used tire. Three days ago I went back and bought a good set of brand new tires. The price was good, they were courteous, and best of all, they were quick. I`ll probably use them when I buy tires again.
