Incredibly Affordable 15 person van rental!!

Myself and 14 other friends are currently holidaying down from here in the U.S.A from Australia in celebration of finishing University. One of our biggest challenges was finding large enough transportation to support our group for our East Coast road trip, but orgainising it all through Image Rent A Car was an absoulte breeze! The lady we spoke with to organise rental was the epitome of exceptional customer service... view more! She even organised DELIVERY of the van itself to JFK airport for us! Condition of the vehicle was immaculate, and although it took a bit of time to adjust to driving on the other side of the road, it suited our needs perfectly, and worked out a considerable amount cheaper than what it would have cost for our big group to rent numerous cars for our road trip. All in all, it was one of the most convenient and cost effective choices we`d made on our entire U.S trip, and would very highly recommend Image Rent A Car across the board for service, cost and quality!

They delivered the 15 passenger vans to the airport for us FREE

That was the smoothest van rental experience ever, we walked down the elevator to the baggage claim area and there was IMAGE Van Rentals. They were holding a sign with our church group`s name "FIRST COMMUNITY CHURCH". They delivered the vans to the airport for us. We did not have to gather all 45 children, load them into a shuttle, and wait an hour in an off-airport office

The VAN RENTAL COMPANY is a great place for vans. They claim that they never overbook.They DO require a deposit for 15 pass. van reservations. They make this easy by faxing or e-mailing a form that you can fill in with your credit card info and sign.Seems right since most of us book 2 or 3 passenger vans just to make sure we get one. Excellent Van Rental Company in NY

Over Christmas my family and I rented a 15 passenger van from Image Rent a Car in Queens, NY. We were going to a family reunion of sorts in South Virginia, while there the van had a mechanical problem. When we called the office to tell them what happened they tried to arrange for another van but because it was a holiday weekend they had no luck. What they did next amazed me and my family, they arranged for hotel room... view mores for all of us, paid us all for the day of work we ended up missing, and had one of there employees get into another 15 passenger van and start driving to pick us up. He drove us to each of our houses and dropped us off. They refunded the charge of the rental, had a check for us the next day for our lost day of pay, and gave us a large discount for our next rental. The people at Image Van Rentals were wonderful and went far and beyond what I think they needed to do to fix the problem. I know we will all be renting from them for a long time to come. I want to offer a special thanks to Sam, Ann, and the rest of the staff at Image Rent A Car, in my opinion the very best agency in all of NYC.
