I`ve been looking to purchase a car for a while and have been to almost every local dealership. The common theme that I`ve noticed is pushiness and a lack of empathy on the part of the sales team. This didn`t happen at all at Carbone. The salesperson I talked to was very helpful, she seemed mostly interested in answering questions that I had and had no qualms with me returning at a later date to make a purchase.
