This business is a must stay away. Starting from the rude, overbearing woman in the office to the poor workmanship. they will charge you a fortune for the work and it is never done right so you have to keep going back. They will continue to charge you for work that is done inadaquetly. Not only this but you have to deal with the woman in the office, which isn`t too bad if you are a guy. great service,trust worthy

I am a police officer and i was away from my home traveling with my family when we had a problem with our car, a local gave me a number to call so i did, and thank goodness i did. They came right out. they towed my car to there garage. within an hour an a half my vehicle was fixed. It was a simple problem , but we didn`t know that. They were great to us. they are very friendly, honest and do right by their customers. they will do what ever they can with

they made me feel relaxed about trusting them with my car. I have kids and i want them safe and i know they did what needed tobe done make sure every time i drove my car it was safe. countryman`s did everything they could to get us going in a quick amount of time. I would do business with them over and over again.

NEVER EVER AGAIN, beware!!!

My husband is in Iraq and my vehicle broke down. I had no one to help me because I am from out of state and just moved there. So I needed someone to tow it to a shop and fix it. I called them because they were the only shop willing to tow off base at the time. I told them I needed whatever was wrong fixed by the end of January, it was September at the time. When I called in October they said they were almost doen and... view more needed to finish just a little more, I said ok. When I called at the beginning of December, they said it was ready. So I told them I will be there in the middle of January because I was out of town until my husband returned from Iraq. I called thema few days before I was to be up there to pick it up just to confrim and to let them know I had made hotel reservations and he started getting defensive with me saying they had not even started because things had happened, personal problems. I was very upset so I told him it better be ready on Friday when I get there to pick it up. He started to cuss me and saying that there was stuff that would take a few hours. And I said that he had 3 days to get it done then. He said fine be here with a check on Friday. I drove 10 hours, got there and ""Jeff"" was on the road. No one had any idea what was going on. They overcharged me big time and did not even fix the things I had asked to be fixed. I finally got home after I had to deal with issue of my gas tank using a 1/4 gas every 30 minutes, which costed me a fortune. I DO NOT recommend them to any one not even one of there own family members. My husband WILL be paying them a visit when he returns.
