The story of the Ray Laks Family of Dealerships starts in 1963, when Ray Laks opened his first dealership on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo and began a tradition of selling great cars and trucks that continues to this day. ? Already known for providing great service, the expansion continued, and a body shop was opened in 1972 to provide for more his customers needs. ? Ray Laks was getting more involved with the community as well, beginning work with hospice of Buffalo and other local charities. ? The addition of Acura in 1995, one of the original 50 Acura dealerships in the United States, and expansion of the dealerships` presence in the Pre-Owned market allowed for more buying power and savings that could be passed down to the consumer. Acquiring Mitsubishi in 2006, Ray Laks added to its growing, loyal customer base. ? I moved from Cleveland to Buffalo, NY. I always got my car serviced at Airport Acura and received excellent service, everyone spoke politely and as I used my own fully synthetic oil, they only charged me 15$ for oil change! Now when I called Ray Laks Acura for the A13 service, first of all, it`s very hard to get through to the services as no one picks up the ph. I left a VM last week and no one called back. I tried a... view moregain today and insisted on holding on, when I finally got through, the lady was very rushed and impatient. When I said I would get my own oil, she said they would give a 10$ off for that - which means 25$ for just changing the oil. Next, I have check engine light on, she said they would charge 100+ for diagnostics plus the labor for any work. Usually the diagnostics is adjusted when you get work done and when I mentioned that, she disagreed and asked if I wanted an appointment or not? I said no and before I could complete my sentence she hung up! This sort of poor customer service is unacceptable from Acura dealers and should be reported. I will not go here and rather go to a Honda dealer.

I choose to take it to Ray Laks because of the quality
I could take my car anywhere for service but I choose to take it to Ray Laks because of the quality of service. Chris and Tiffany make the service department customer friendly and always assure that I have loaner that is clean and efficient.

Never had a complaint
A customer for years without a single problem I have bought several cars from Ray Laks, 2 Acuras and a Honda, and have taken them to this location for the last 10 years. They have been great, and I`ve never had a complaint.

OUTSTANDING JOB!
The Service Manager, Jim, took care of everything for me on 6/9/2011. Class guy! He did AN OUTSTANDING JOB! Ray Laks should be proud to have him as an employee. I hope that the dealership recognizes the HARD WORK that he does for them. He is what customer service is all about. Thank you JIM!

Excellent service! Chris, the representative that assisted me, is so pleasant! I like that he took the time to explain everything to me in terms that I would be able to understand, and he did it with a smile! Very nice! He told me a time to expect the completion of the service, and he was exactly right!
