Horrible

Horrible, got my hood and fenders repainted there for my BMW. Not only did they use jet black on Diamond Schwartz colored vehicle; paint had missing clear coat and already has rust spots after 1 year; not to mention horrible body work. Avoid at all cost, and Ella works for them.

Very dishonest business

They trying to make money using cheap parts, and lying about repairs they allegedly did in your car, the same problem was in the previous location at Fort Hamilton Pkway... BE AWARE !!! P.S.Never mind the positive, false comment done by their own employee that ""everything they do is excellent"" - WHAT A BITTER JOKE!

I dont know what the hell the guy under me said about yellow bird oil change . I go to this repair shop everytime and everything they do is excellent !

Worst Oil Changing Experience Ever!

This garage recently opened a few blocks away from my house. It was a Sunday and my usual shop was closed, but I needed an oil change. I thought I may as well try them out. Worst oil changing experience I`ve had!

The workers were VERY careless. First, a worker was pulling out of the bay next to my car and carelessly rolled over a door panel with the glass still inside of it, shattering the glass across the flo... view moreor and under my car. They didn`t even fully clean up the mess before lowering my car from the lift. Next, they used the wrong oil. I requested a type of oil twice and they ignored that request and used some cheap brand. I didn`t realize until they already filled it and saw the empty bottles in the garbage can. The worker then went to start my car and carelessly banged my door against one of the lift`s operating arms, creating a nasty nick.

I arrived home only to notice that the worker had stepped in oil and smeared it all over my carpet, door sill and mat.

Stay away from this auto center if you care about your car! If they couldn`t satisfactorily perform an oil change then I wouldn`t trust them to do anything!
