On November 3, 2012 we dropped my wife`s town-car off to have two front fenders replaced. Several weeks later we called to see if it was ready. We began receiving excuses like family health problems, wrong parts etc. 4 months later we called and were told it would be ready by March 3rd. The car was brought in with 7 bars of gas on the gauge. The repairs he did to both rear fenders in 2011 have begun to bubble and rust. His rust proofing repairs are non-existent. Paint quality extremely poor.
