SAY NO TO EMERLING!

My wife purchased a used vehicle at Emerling Cheverolet 3 weeks ago. We have been in their service department 6 times since then. Their mechanics cannot figure out what is wrong with our car and it is unsafe to drive. They have done nothing for us. They simply continue to send us home with the car and we bring it back each time a day later. We have requested a full refund based on Lemon Law regulations. The General M... view moreanager insists that he does not have to abide by this rule. His treatment of us is continually cruel, unprofessional, and demeaning. I do not understand how someone that rude can function as a General Manager or how Emerling can stay in business. From what I have experienced, they treat their customers like dirt and their vehicles are unreliable and unsafe.
