I have to preface this comment by saying that I worked in the auto dealership field for more than 25 years, selling and servicing both domestic as well as imported vehicles. Having said that our family has purchased 4 Hondas from this dealership, 2 while in the old location, and 2 in the new, improved Freemans Bridge location. The salesman for all 4 vehicles has been Mike Benice, and he has always been willing to go ... view morethe extra mile for us on all of the cars. If we needed to schedule a service appointment, we`d call Mike and he`d handle it and get back to us with the appointment date and time, no hassle. I had the experience of going to the new showroom to pick up some paperwork for one of the deals and Mike was occupied with another customer when I arrived. While sitting in the waiting area I was approached by no less than 4 people, some office workers,service workers, and salespeople. All wanted t know if I was being helped, all courteous, and each asking me if I`d like a coffee or pastry/fresh baked cookie. When Mike became available he had the needed paperwork, all ready to go, and he asked if I wanted anything, (coffee, cookies, etc). my experience with this dealership, given my own past history in the field is this is how an automobile dealership should be run, from sales to service, people with great attitudes. I have always subscribed to the adage, "It`s not the business that makes the people, but the people who make the business". Mohawk Honda exemplifies this adage with it`s people, especially Mr. Benice.

Used to be great now they stink!!!
they used to be great dealer and i always bring my car every time if its in oil change or some minor problem but lately seems like they are not doing their job right i went one time to fix my car and found out that they only did the oil change and never replace the part that im complaining all about and yet they bill me without replacing the parts i think they are loosing their grip on this im switching now to a diff... view moreerent dealer they just lost a one loyal customer and believe me most of my friends will follow.

MOHAWK HONDA IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP IN THE CAPITAL AREA
I have purchased 4 cars from Mohawk Honda. They are far and away the best dealership in the Capital District. Sales staff is professional while friendly. The service department has always been experienced and helpful. I love the new location and it is easy to get to from any location. I would highly recommend giving Mohawk Honda a try; you won`t be disappointed.

Not your average experience
I`ve never walked into an establishment of this kind before and felt so comfortable. That`s what it is at Mohawk Honda. The salesmen, the service advisors, the managers; no one is too good to stop and say hello, or ask you how your day is and of course help you find your way. I haven`t been to too many dealerships that will bake you cookies and hand deliver them to your seat as you wait for your car (with a smile non... view moree the less.) That`s what makes it 5 star and nothing less, it`s the service. Your never going to find a place that every tideous detail goes off without a hitch, because to err is human. It`s how those err`s are handled. And for that reason Mohawk Honda is and ALWAYS will be my Honda dealer and service shop.

Not a good experience with the service department
The service department is terrible. I`ll never know how the sales department is because I never intend on buying a car there, because then I would need to use the service department.
