Positive first experience

After dealing with our local SAAB dealership for many years (which recently closed), we found North Country via SAAB corporate. Our first experience was very positive and pleasant and the service department was helpful & very efficient. My car was serviced in a timely fashion and we were promptly notified of its completion. Hmmmm..

Funny i submitted bad review about North Country Imports in Queensbury and now it mysteriously is gone...hmmmmm. To save the time...they are rude...the lady at the service desk is nice enough but the service manager was not nice at all.
