Mike and Bob also calls hisself Robert are real big thieves they sell u crap. I bought a car from them and 5hrs later I find out that they had done a patch job to the transmission because it was missing 3rd gear so I call them and they say well where is it I tell them a transmission shop and they say we are picking it up to have it fixed they then send it to A-1 the salvage yard to have it fixed a1 does a bad job an... view mored I call Bob aka Robert telling him I had a leak so they tell me take it to a1 to fix well they fix the leak then I needed to make a trip out of town because of a emergency and what happens the transmission AGAIN ended up leaving me stranded.I call Bobs and they are like we will help u yea to find out they send it to A1 again and want me to pay for the transmission and also for his ppl because they had to pick it up to bring back to Erie. so pls don`t spend your money there go anywhere else because its not worth it at Bobs if I could rate them under 5 stars it would be -5

Avoid this dealership
I would definetly tell people to avoid this dealership. I went to this dealership about 2 weeks ago looking for a used car. They advertise $99 down and get a car, but they don`t mention that there`s any halfway decent car on that lot requires $2500-3500 CASH down. So first, real shady marketing techniques. Second, when I was on the phone, Bob told me "Well, we don`t have GREAT cars here, but we don`t have crap ei... view morether".
So I show up to the dealership and Bob (one of the owners) was extremely pushy for one. All Bob kept prodding for was "How much do you have to put down TODAY". I told him I wasn`t buying today but he kept insisting on a figure. I told him that depends on the vehicle. He proceeds to show me a car that I would need to put $2500 down, and here I discover its been in an accident. I tell him I`m not interested, and he tries talking me into it regardless. He then says "Well what could go wrong just because the car was in an accident?" I go "Well for one, its real close to the front axle, so the UV joint for 1". I think that suprised him, that someone would actually KNOW something about cars and be on his lot.
Very pushy, selling non-trust worthy vehicles, and as soon as he realized I wasn`t going to be conned he basically dismissed me and walked away. I ended up going to Bianchi Honda and getting first class service, and a GREAT car with a CLEAN record on Carfax. I`m happy
AVOID HIM!
