3 words to summarize Lamacchia Honda . .Rude, arrogant, and greedy!! Had several problems under warranty, dealership denied any problems and kept telling me they were unable to find problems, or issues were still within Honda specs until vehicle was out of warranty (then more than happy to repair problems). I had records of the problems diagnosed but told by service manager that he wouldn`t go out of his way to hel... view morep me get them covered under warranty because I didn`t bring my car to them for all my service work. Also told me problems were due to not performing maintenance. I showed him my logbook with all maintenance up to date, and was told it was not the correct one (because it was from another Honda dealership). Have made >5 attempts to get some assistance from Honda customer service, just get the runaround. 1st and last Honda for me, buyer beware . . . they did fix the most major problem, i`ll give them that, but cost me an arm and a leg, and they had the car for a week, never updated me on status, had to keep calling
