this place is a joke! the manager doesn`t know what she`s doing. They are not attentive in the matter of listening to what the buyer wants. She ran our credit twice, because the first time she didn`t process our info within the 30 day period. And upon calling into the budget lot, she is always "busy" or not in. Once I did reach her and questioned her about our application she then ran our credit the second ... view moretime without my permission. If I would of known she was going to run it again, I would of never even tried to buy a car from them. We were approved, but for a ridiculous monthly payment when we specificly told her we didn`t want a payment over 300dollars she came back to us witha $500+ monthly payment, and the span of the loan, and intrest rate, all the numbers didn`t add up right. Either she can`t do math, or someone is pocketing money from that place. The trade in Value on my vehicle was ridiculous, and it was later found out that my vehicle was to be sold privately for almost 2500 more than what they wanted to give me for it. I will NEVER go to ELM for anything ever again, and neither will the employees of the companies my husband and I work for. Almost 2 months of trying to buy a vehicle from them has now soured our attitude towards buying one.

Unorganized and unprofessional

Bought a vehicle from them about a month ago, They are very tricky to deal with. You can only get a certain vehicle for certain finance companies for starters. Down payment amounts change by the second even if the price of the vehicle hasn`t. Interest rate from what your quoted changes by the time the paperwork is done. Also mind you your monthly payment changes as well. Dealers are very immature with so much office ... view moregossip and BS they lose paperwork on a regular basis. They are rude, pushy and very arrogant. Plus a week after the sale has been complete the dealer calls again for more information about paperwork. Also thanks to their PUSHY way of financing your car for you, my credit score was dropped from a 604 to a 513 because their d-bag dealers kept submitting my applications to tons of different companies, some 2 or 3 times. Just another reason I will not return to Elm Budget Corner once my vehicle is paid for.

Dishonest

Based on the only experience I have had with this dealership I would NEVER buy an auto from them. They were VERY dishonest, and tried to change the numbers half of the way through. They gave me a trade for price and then later on tried to say that was my trade allowance. With the number of Auto dealers there are to buy from my advice is to ""BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK"" from this dealer.
