I can`t say enough good things about the Service Department... Yesterday I stopped in on my drive home because the Air Bag light came on. Not only was I worked in, my SUV was inspected & the oil changed!! Thank you Vision Hyundai!!

Salesman was very helpful. Helped us with everything. Made it easy for us to make a decision. When wewent to pick up the car, the salesman showed useverything on the inside and how to use all the fancy buttons that we were not use to. We are very satisfied and it was exactly what we wanted. I have to say that I used to hate buying a car. However, the team at Vision Hyundai Canandaigua has made it a great experience! I never get tackled when I drive on to the lot and they make it a quick and easy process. I have always been impressed by everyone I have dealt with. I have always left feeling that I have gotten a great deal, and I know I did. My experience with Vision Canandaigua was extremely good from my first phone call to them concerning a used Honda CRV through the entire process of buying, and returning for a service appt when they made good on their promise to make everything right with the vehicle, which in this case was replacing the brakes, the air conditioning compressor and being persistent in finding the reason and repairing a serious rattlin... view moreg noise. In less than 24 hours, I had test driven the vehicle I had been searching for, made my offer, got a interest rate LOWER than I had hoped for, and was driving away in my "new to me" vehicle, extremely happy. I did pay a little more than I initially wanted to but with the repairs that were included, I cannot complain. And when I had to return for the repairs, they gave me a great fully loaded Santa Fee as a loaner. The service department personnel were just as courteous and professional as the sales and finance people. I wish them well and would definitely recommend this dealership in your car buying search.

Our salesman, Joe Valenti, was excellent. He didn`t pester with bothering phone calls. We made 3 visits to Vision Hyundai in Canandaigua before actually purchasing. I was very particular in the color, when I was ready to commit Joe was there. He showed us the service department and was very knowledgeable about all vehicles. The buying experience was one of the BEST!

Buyer Beware!!!

Warning...all these people want is your money....they are not interested anything but their bottom line....i purchased a vehicle through them less than 5 mos ago..i brought it back within a week because of a noise in the steering and a problem tire, they gave me a new tire but told me the noise was common and nothing to worry about. After waiting 3 hours for a tire change with my 9 mo old son they finally gave me a l... view moreoaner car to use because they got the wrong tire. The next day when I picked up my vehicle I asked for something in writing stating what I had been for that day...I was told they don`t do that, it would be in their notes. Within 6 weeks I had to have a new muffler put on to the tune of 430.00, I also found out while they were putting on the muffler that I have a bad bushing on the front end and that is why there is noise when I steer the car...the cost to repair? OVER $ 400. When i contacted Vision about this I was told that the only thing in the notes was the tire...surprise surprise. Also, that they couldn`t take my WORD for it and I would have to schedule an appointment for them to look at it....which I`m sure when I take it in I will be waiting all day for them to tell me something I already know. I will never buy another vehicle from ANY Vision dealer nor will they ever repair my vehicle....I will tell everyone I know that they are nothing but shysters that lie and cheat. Oh yeah, we were also told my vehicle could tow, only to find out that NO IT CAN`T, which was the main reason we bought the damn thing!!!!
