BY FAR THE WORST AUTOBODY!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!

- not reliable at all - job that was supposed to take 6 days - 2 weeks at most.. took almost 2 months - breach of verbal contract, agreed to let me make payments... when car finished he wouldn`t release car until paid in full - avoided me at all costs.. calls and in person - lied to me multiple times... about my car being done and pretty much everything - overall dissapointment - work incomplete... car needed ... view morealignment, he was told by me that i was off, def was not done - bodywork seems ok but time will tell quality - car wasn`t cleaned after work was completed heres the story: I was referred to this place by someone and apparently they were liable, quick and did really good work. Well this was no where near the case. I had broughten my car in late october for a mild right front end collision. The preliminary from the insurance company stated that the work should be done in 6 days. I gave them 2 weeks in case anything arose. I made sure that they ordered all the parts before dropping it off. I dropped the car and assumed they`d start working on it right away. Week 1 passed and i get a call from the owner; Louie, saying that they need to get ahold of the insurance adjuster cause more work needed to be done. After waiting a week i called and they said they`d call me back. I called 2 days later and they tell me they cant get ahold of the insurance adjuster and that they cant continue working until he sees what else needs to be done. So "I" called my insurance company on a friday and had them contact the adjuster, got ahold of him the SAME DAY and told me that first thing monday he`ll go out there. I called later that week and they tell me friday it will be done. I called then and they tell me monday. Called monday and they said they`ll call me back. I waited till wed, called twice and they blew me off. So i showed up on my break. I get there and my car looked as if IT WAS NOT EVEN TOUCHED. I go into the office and speak to the owner and i ask him whats going on? and he tells me hes waiting on a part. I asked why he hasnt called me and he quickly changes the subject and tells his assistant to call and check on the part. He tells me tom morn it`ll get here and i`ll finish it. He then walks away and dissappears into the shop. I was stuck there with his assistant and once again he blew me off, this time in person. I gave him till that monday and then i called from vacation and he tells me that they should be finishing up by wed that week. I asked him what happened with friday? I told you i needed my car done by then to drive down on vacation. He responded that the part got there late that past thursday and that they didnt have time to finish. He then asked me how i was gonna pay for it. I responded with the same arrangement we made before i dropped it off. Make payments until its paid off. He they tells me he wont release it till its paid in full cause apparently when i was there he said that i cursed up the place and the "co-owner" heard it and said that he wont release it till all is paid. I told him that ill see what i can do. I had someone call a week later when i was leaving to go back home from vacation assuming my car would be done. They say that the car is not done yet cause apparently they assumed i was not going to be able to pay for it. Still not a reason to stop working on it. So I called and he avoids me, either assistant picks up or he tells me that he call me back cause theyre painting my car. After multiple attempts I finally get ahold of him and he promises my car to be done on friday of that week. I picked it up that friday and usually they clean the car inside and out, my car looked like they sprayed with a hose out back. Workwise, they did good from what it seems, quality wise i guess well find out with time. I also find out that he already cashed the insurance money from my car weeks before it was even finished.

This shop is absolutely horrib...

This shop is absolutely horrible. I went there to get an estimate of how much it would cost to have my car door painted and I just got jerked around. The shop is dirty and the work I saw that was considered "finished" was terrible. The paint job had dirt in it, as well as runs. The manager of the shop is also extremely nasty to deal with. Being a girl, I felt extremely uncomfortable when I was talking to him. He kept... view more looking at my body, instead of my face when he was talking to me, as well as making obsene comments that were not appropriate. I would DEFINATELY not recommend this shop.
