They`re incredibly rude and lacking in the customer service area. A guy there had told me on the phone it would be $25 to fix what several mechanics had called a small dent/crack in my motorcycle`s radiator. When I went to drop it off they said it was $35. Yeah, it`s only $10, but considering that when I dropped it off they didn`t even look at it and just gave me a random price that popped into the guys head, I thin... view morek they could at least look at it first. The guy said it was "full of holes". Which is crap, because after picking it up their is only one visible weld on it. When I told him he didn`t even look at it when I dropped it off, he claimed he glanced at it and because of his incredible experience with radiators and all the years he`s been doing it, he can tell it was full of holes by just his peripheral vision. I wish you could give a 0 star rating. I will never, EVER use their mediocre services again! Plus, writing 5 star reviews for your own business, and not even using a different name than the business name, is just sad and lame.

Nor very serious Bussines by phone. Very unprofessional phone answering. They hesitate to give you a price. Obviously this type of bussines is coming from Mexico with no basis of what the customer service means in The USA. More expensive than O`reylis and Auto Zone. Becareful they offer to you additional insiurance because the rebuilt the radiatiors with very poor materials quality and NOT certified technicians. ... view more
