waste of time

my car was towed to cf collision after a progressive driver nailed into the back of me, my car sat in this shop for 2 weeks, finally i get an estimate for the damage from progressive $382 but this shop did not sign it, when i contacted the mechanic he stated that progressive did not allow him to look at the total damage of my car just the rear bumper, he also stated that he could not vouch for the safty of my car aft... view moreer they repaired the approved damages, basically this shop was going to allow me to drive my car out of their lot without even checking to see if it was safe to drive, this puts myself and 3 children in danger, the people at this auto shop are like puppets for insurance company, do not trust them, i had my car towed to another shop, progressive`s estimate went up to $800, the adjuster for progressive and the mechanic at cf collision should be arrested for consumer fraud, if a consumer turned in a false estimate they would be in jail, yet these shops allow the insurace companies to use their name for low ball repair estimates????? criminals
