Last Monday your best Tow driver Richard was a godsend!... other than providing great customer service associated with a AAA tow... Richard went above and beyond being a towtruck driver... He helped me determine what the problem was with my old Nova. Once he left, he reminded me to go back where he picked up the car..perhaps the missing piece might have fallen in the street. My ride to work showed up and right behi... view morend him was the tow truck again..? Richard jumps out with the missing piece of the clutch that broke!.
