Worst group of theiving unknowledgable dipsticks. I`ve brought multiple cars to this locations with failed results. I am officially done with this no good place. One vehicle had the head gaskets replaced, and not 3 months later the problem came back. I took it back and they turned me away saying i had to pay hundreds more dollars to have THE SAME problem fixed again. I recently bought a FordF150 and had them inspect ... view moreit. $700 estimate later (needed to pass inspection-horn, intake manifold, etc), i decided to do the repairs myself considering I am respectable knowledgable and capable in auto mechanic repairs. I bought the $140 worth of parts needed from the ford dealership and successfully made the repairs......nothing was solved... I am done with this no good place.

another el paso ripoff!

Worst place ever. Owner will seem real helpful and nice to get your business, and once they have your vehicle, will take full advantage of you. Legally required to give you back all old parts(especially if requested)in texas, yet conveniently can`t find yet says parts are replaced. I myself know my vehicle, every part, and after getting vehicle back, noticed many things were not repaired, and parts I personally repla... view moreced with lifetime warranties were again tossed and replaced with generic items. And when owner is questioned, he tries to treat the customer like a problem, mind you, he`s received his payment before customer notices they`ve been screwed. My personal issue- I paid for a full engine rebuild, and know full well only the head was "repaired", mounted to original un repaired block, as well as original timing kit.. how do I know? Pictures, id numbers, markings. Had a trusted mechanic tear down certain areas of engine to reveal-wow- original timing chain, untouched crank and original valves and rods. Hmmm. But the "whole engine" was rebuilt. Yeah. Be careful people. Let them work on something that you yourself can easily see, not hidden or covered, before paying. Price may be good, but sometimes you have to pay more for value and trust.
