These guys are great!

I drive a 10 year old Honda and just not ready for new car payments but ready to be safe. Called these guys and they were so honest and helpful that I feel I can face the winter. Since I live in the country that is a real plus knowing that when I get in my car even on rough roads I am ready to go. Don`t waste your time or money

While everyone is very nice at Exclusive Honda Acura, their work does not reflect the seemingly conscientiousness of their words. In the past year, I have spent over $2000 on my Honda. Each time, they seemed to know what was wrong. One time, they made a $2000 repair but?ˆ¦ during the repair, my ABS sensor was set off though there was no problem with my ABS brakes. They agreed to replace the sensor and only charge me f... view moreor parts not labor. A couple of days later, there was a leak where they had done the repairs. They again fixed the problem with no charge ?ˆ“ but it was another couple hours out of my day. By the time they fixed the sensor, their software was outdated and I needed to bring back my car after the update so they could reset the light. At the time, I was trying to sell my car and asked for an oil change. They charged me for the oil change and later called to ?ˆ?confess?ˆ? that they had actually forgotten to do it. Another hour out of my life. (Though they did give me a free oil change.) A couple of days after my car was purchased, the new owner asked me if I?ˆ™d noticed the smell of gas in the car. Since I had already bought another car, I hadn?ˆ™t driven it much. It turns out the oil cap was left off during the oil change. Now, the fact that I have worked hard to keep up maintenance on my vehicle is being questioned based on my vendor choice. Santa Fe Exclusive Honda Acura is not a reliable mechanic and I feel I wasted a lot of time and money there.
