Worst service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Worst service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I brought my car into Larry`s shop to have the struts done. First off he informed me that doing one strut at a time was ok, according to every mechanic this is a huge mistake. The strut started making noise about 1.5 months after I had it replaced; it got so bad my car hit the ground even if I just drove over a sewer cap! I brought the car to a mechanic that was closer to where I liv... view moree, he informed me that the strut part he sold me was bad and the part was put on wrong. He failed to compress the strut, it was leaking on my LCA. I brought it back to Larry`s shop and after many hours and driving back and forth he was finally forced to refund me for the part. He refused to refund the labor, he also refused to return his own part to the part store, I had to return it and get a refund to his business account before he would even entertain the idea of returning my money. He kept putting me off by hanging up on me when I called and by telling me over and over that his shop was closing early! WORST SERVICE EVER. He gives mechanics a bad name, I will never take a car to him again, in fact I will personally make sure that no one I know ever goes there.
