Beware of BMW pre-certification in ABQ!

We bought a pre-certified car from this dealership, and I specifically asked the used car salesman if the car had ever been in an accident, because I had a suspicion it was. The salesman told me no, even showing me their pre-certification list. However, a year later, we found out it had been in an accident before, but we unfortunately paid for it based on BMW`s representation that it had not.
