Charged for repairs he didn`t do and did shoddy repair work

I took my vehicle in september 2012 to replace a throwout bearing and to weld my rear sway bar. In December 2012, i heard a clanging noice that I associated with my sway bar. When i took my car back to ahow him the problem, he said there was nothing wrong. In June 2013 I noticed my clutch acting strange. I took my car to another mechanic to both check on my transmission and replace a different part. Not only was my t... view morehrowout bearing a used part when I`d paid for both a new throwout bearing and new clutch, my clutch had never been replaced as he`d charged me. In addition, my sway bar which was supposed to be welded, had only been tacked which according to my new mechanic and a second mechanics opinion would not be the proper repair needed for such work. In addition, when j showed new mechanic my receipt, he said I was overcharged nearly $300! This man took advantage of me and is taking advantage of many others! Beware!
