I was connected to this company through my insurance company. The quote they gave me over the phone for a new windshield, labor and all, was $240. When I got there they told me that since my insurance deductible was $250 I`d have to pay that much. I asked the lady working the desk who got the extra $10 and she said `we do`. I said `oh no you don`t` and left. She tried convincing me that that`s how these things w... view moreork- that if you file it on insurance you pay the entire deductible, not just what they would normally charge. She said that I should call my insurance company and cancel the claim if I wanted it for $240. Lucky for me, though, I already knew about this scam and left without letting them do the work. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
