I know buying a car can be stressful but this was the worst! I went to Karl Malone Toyota to buy a new car, well, I ended up walking out with no car and very disappointed. First off, the dealers flocked to me the minuet I drove up to the lot, which was the first awkward sign that I was in the wrong place. I found the new car I wanted, however, when I went inside to make a deal the sales man was putting a lot of pr... view moreessure on me to buy the car and I felt rather uncomfortable with the treatment. He had also taken my key to test drive my trade-in but ?ˆ?forgot?ˆ? to give them back. I had to ask for my keys at least three times and each time he left to get them he would take about 10 min then forget them again. I was forced to stay at the dealership waiting for my keys that were being held hostage in the attempt to get me to buy from them. Also, they gave me a horrible deal for my trade-in, about $3k less then the Kelly Blue Book value. They would not budge on the sticker price either. So, I did what I though was right for me, I did not buy from Karl Malone Toyota. Instead I went to Beaver Toyota in Santa Fe were I was treated exceptionally well and given a great deal for my trade-in with no pressure whatsoever to buy.

All my experiences with this dealership have been great. I bought my vehicle there and have had all the servicing done there. Buying the vehicle was totally painless. It was quick and easy with no pressure. The service department is wonderful. Not only do they do great work but their prices are actually lower than most other places in town.
