horrible service dept cust se...

horrible service dept cust service! had an issue went in they fixed it since it was under warrenty...in the mean time their employees messed 2 things up while they were fixing it one got fixed a few day later... they had to order the seat handle..well they called said it was ready to come in..get there and its no where to be found an employee took one from another car... the issue that hasnt got fixed.. i have a hug... view moree gap in my seat..they orders a part.. said they put the new seat cushion in.. and it still has a gap...the seat cushion that was in my car when i picked it up was the original.. i then aked if there was a way to put it the way it was and he replyed no we tried there is nothing more we can do.. we looked at the other cars like yours and they dont have...well hello duh here is hour sign;..NEED LESS TO SAY I AM ONE UN HAPPY PERSON...IF YOUR EMPOLYEES BREAK SOMETHING AND YOU TRIED "FIX" AND COULDNT YOU BETTER MAKE IT RIGHT.. I MAY BE A FEMALE BUT I DONT HANDLE CRAP LIKE THIS.. OH AND MY CLEAR COAT IS ALREADY COMING OFF!! 2010 CAR I THINK NOT!! HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPT ON LOMAS AND WYOMING!

Lost My Trust

High pressure sales team and misleading information cuased me to distrust the dealer. When I encountered a problem, the staff treated me poorly. Emails and phone calls to the manager were never answered. I would not recommend these guys to a friend!

Best Place to Buy A Car

I had the best experience buying my new car from SW Hyundai. The car salesman made me feel completely comfortable and made the process so easy. Not only that but the cars are fantastic! I bought an Elantra and couldn`t be happier! I helped my daughter buy a car at Southwest Hyundai. Everybody was very nice from the lady at the front desk to our salesman. She is very happy with the car and it runs good and she likes that it looks really nice too. We have had it about a month or two and the only problem was she ran into a curb and made the front tire low. Service department is horrible!

A 30 minute job took 4 days and when we got our vehicle home, bolts were missing from the engine compartment! We called several times to complain, were told someone would get back to us, but they never did. We were a Hyundai family, but this ended it for us. We were treated horribly and we had to order and replace the bolts ourselves. Will never return to this dealer. When they sold the car to us in 2004, it was... view more all different. We were even telling our kids to buy Hyundais, but after the way we were treated, they went with the competition up the street. Very sad the way things have changed at this dealership.

Great Car Buying Experience

We just purchased our second vehicle from Southwest Hyundai. Olivia responded quickly to emails, Dre was our salesman and was extremely knowledgable, freindly and personable. Tom worked out our deal quickly and Sedrick pushed our paperwork through to get us out on the road. Overall very pleasant experience. We would recommend to family and friends.
