Horrible Service

Custom Craft was recommended by my dealership for repairing a small dent I had on the side of my door. They had my car for over a month and every time it was supposed to be done they had another excuse to why it wouldn`t be ready until the next week. The final straw was when they told me that my car was going to be ready by the end of the day finally, only to get a call back a few minutes later to tell me that the pa... view moreint job they did didn`t match and that they were going to have to reprint it! What kind of body shop are they running that after having my car for a month for a minor repair and they can`t even match the paint correctly the first time, that`s an embarrassment! I will never take any of my vehicles to them ever again and I wouldn`t recommend anybody take their vehicle there either.
