Used Car Dealer Scams

When I bought my first car here, these guys did everything to get me to sign. Regretably, I signed and drove home. They later notified me that the loan didn`t work out and went through about 3 different lenders. Each time the interest kept going up. I had to drive back to the dealer a several times for their mistakes. I had to take upon myself to get a refinancing loan with a credit union to get the interest rate I w... view moreanted. They also took forever to get a refund check and the owner was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend Zia they pulled many of the used car dealer tricks in the book.

I would buy all my vehicles from zia

I have been to many stores over the years, and i have encountered many dealers. I think Zia has the best customer service along with a selection of affordable vehicles that is the best in the city. I would recommend Zia to anyone that wants to save money!
