Not Delivering As Stated!

I made a good deal with Roswell Toyota over the Internet. Gave them my specs and they actually gave me a quote by e-mail. Karl Malone told me they would match any price Roswell gave me. I went in with my copies of the offer....talk about the ""run-around!"" They told me the lowest they could go was $1200.00 over the e-mail offer. I left.

After contacting Roswell, they said they would get me the same truck (sam... view moree Vin #) for their previous quote - out the door! But when they went to look for it in Toyota inventory, it didn`t show up. Apparently, it was somehow hidden. After a week they found it, shipped it from Albuquerque to Roswell, then for $200.00 I took a ""puddle jumper,"" aircraft, picked up the truck, and drove it back to Albuquerque. I`ll never walk into Karl Malone dealers again.
