This place is AWFUL!! After having my car almost stolen right out from under me, I took it in to Duke City. I waited an entire week for my car to be returned to me (upon my calling daily to check on the status) just to find out it was in worse condition than when I took it to them. There was absolutely no work done on the car, and I am even more worried now than I was before the accident. I will never return to D... view moreuke City, and I will never recommend them to anyone. most unprofessional buisness owners!

Do not take your vehicle to this company. They are very unprofessional ! i took my car in to get fixed and they charged me 500.00 to fix the relay switch .... 4 hours after i got my car i got stranded on the freeway with my son after the owner assured me that it would be safe! After they got it towed back to there shop they said my engine blew all of a sudden.,, then charged me 87.00 for the tow after it states on my... view more invoice that it is under warranty for 12000 miles or 12 months!! when i called to check on my car the owner hung up on me twice and stated that it wasnt his problem my car engine blew it was just time for it to go. i find that hard to believe it is only a 2003
