WORST SHOP EVER. When I dropped off my car the owner gave me the whole talk of "I can trust them because they do the work the right way." They were supposed to replace my trunk and fix the fender bender that someone caused that was not even my fault. They said it would take 9 days, it took 18. I had to file for an extension on my rental car because they took so long. Then when I received my car back, after ... view morecalling them and asking them where my car was, my tail light was fixed and everything else looked good, from what I could see. I then opened my trunk and it was THE SAME TRUNK. They tried to cover it up, but the paint and molding from where they welded the inside was still wet. Then they forgot to fix my bumper and a dent on the other side of my car, which was both discussed prior to the work being done. When my husband confronted them about the trunk, they said that my insurance would not allow them to get a brand new trunk lid, and had to get a recycled one. I called my insurance agent that went over the repairs with AMARS and they called everywhere to find a recycled trunk lid and there was none, so they paid AMARS to replace it with a BRAND NEW ONE. In reality the owner lied to us, did not replace anything except my tail light, and pocketed about $2200 out of the Farmers insurance check that I received. Now I am having to look at further action with this shop. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
