I am very disappointed with the customer service and timeliness of the work that we received at Matsco! This October will be a YEAR that we have waited to get our car back from this shop and we still have yet to get it back. All repairs (over 3k) has been paid and we are still without our vehicle! We drive past the shop a few times a month and it is always parked outside out front in the elements--needless to say, th... view moree interior and exterior took a beating and our car was on display for thieves. Our front and back seats were stolen and Jerry took his time...I`m talking MONTHS to get the problem resolved! My husband has had this classic car garaged for many years--even during his overseas assignment and it only took a year to ruin it. I don`t recommend this shop, I`m not sure if the great reviews he has received are legit but I can tell you that they do not take care of your vehicle or the customer.

They treated us with respect and even helped me get the transmission in the back of my truck. They provided instructions on warranty and follow up inspections. 10K miles so far and no problems.

I had a problem where my car would not go faster than 40 MPH. I figured it was the transmission and brought it here for them to look at. They kept the car overnight and had no problem getting it fixed and back to me the following day. The problem turned out to be minor and I was very relieved.

Matsco did the clutch in my Camaro recently. They had no problem when I asked for an upgraded stiffer clutch and installed a centerforce for me. The difference is night and day the way the car takes off now. Everyone their was friendly and they work pretty fast.
