I am so upset with robert b. gibson they have showed me no justice i just wish i would have read others comments before i perched a truck from them. they did the same exact thing to me words cant express how angry I am I have not even had my truck for a a whole year and already it is breaking. upset wit truck!

If your reading this listen to me.....DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this place!! (consider yourself warned). One month after I purchased my truck I have been stuck with buying parts, maintence fees, etc, etc!!! Its a crock when you put a 1/3 of the down payment, and end up with all the little repair fees to follow soon after you take it off the lot!! I WISH I WOULDN`T HAVE

As the review above says and in my opinion hits it right on, they are very friendly until you try to have them fix something, and you most probably will. They played exactly the same trick on us so I designed a website detailing my experiences with them and then SEO`ed the heck out of it to drive it up in the rankings. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ROBERT B. GIBSON

The salesman and staff are kind and friendly to distract you from the true condition of the vehicles on thier lot. They do not conduct a point inspection on the vehicles. They value their customers up untill the vehicle breaks down and the cost repair is more then what the car is worth. They do not disclose the condition of the vehicle till the part breaks. That is not customer service if they sell you a busted up vehicle and expect you to pay for the damages.
