I don`t write a lot of reviews, but, I thought this place deserved one. Nichole was very friendly, gave me a prompt estimate with a fair price, and made sure everything went smoothly. The work they did was perfect and I was very happy. I had a new fender put on and painted, and I had the hood painted, as well. It`s my opinion that this is the best Maaco in this area, hands down. If you need quality work done at a fair price, this is the place to go. I`d recommend them to anyone, and this is coming from somebody who is very picky about my car.

If your looking for a great paint job at a very reasonable price this is the place to go. Nichole was super friendly, the paint job was done perfectly and in a timely manner. Their prices were a few hundred dollars lower compared to the other paint shops in the area. I am very satisfied! Thanks Mike.

I don`t know about the service...

I don`t know about the service or the work that they do because from when I walked in the door all I got was negative and arrogant treatment from the service writer about the sales coupon. It was the worst treatment I`ve ever gotten. She treated me like I shouldn`t be there. She was negative and not positive. She did everything but push me out the door to deter me from getting the work done there. I don`t know i... view moref it was my color or my vehicle that she didn`t want to deal with. She even told me I should go get the work done down the street at another business. I hope she receives the same treatment when she tries to do business with others.

If you have an older car or...

If you have an older car or even an antique that you want to "spruce up" and make into a very good-looking driver-level car I would strongly suggest that you contact Frank and Nicole at Maaco-Aston. I took them my `51 Chevy which I have had for 22 years and they welded metal into the doors to remove rust damage and painted it 2-tone (white & grey) in a very professional manner. I was so thrilled with their level of work that when my elderly cousin damaged the front end on her 2012 Accord, I confidently referred her to Nicole. Nicole gave a great deal for the work and it is exceedingly well done. So, Maaco of Aston is an excellent every-day body and paint shop for modern cars but they also have the skills and desire to bring "oldies" back to life!

The customer service here is impeccable. Frank and Nicole did everything they could to ensure that my needs were met and the work done was excellent quality. I would recommend them to anyone. If you go somewhere else it would be a mistake.

I took my car to be painted here in February of 2011. I had read some bad Maaco reviews from other Maaco locations and was very nervous to get my car painted here, but the price was unbeatable. Best decision I could`ve made. This Maaco is under new management and those who had bad experiences in past years (I`m one) may want to give it another try. Nicole and Frank were amazing! My car was originally silver and need... view moreed to be painted because of an accident. Nicole showed me a car she had just painted black with gold flecks so it reflected the light. I was so impressed I decided to get my car done like that instead of the original silver. They gave us an insanely low price, finished the car faster than expected and when we came to pick it up I didn`t recognize it. I couldn`t believe how good it looked. 100 times better than it looked new. Everything that was supposed to be painted was painted and nothing that wasn`t supposed to be painted had paint on it. There were no drips or streaks or cracks - nothing. I totally expected these imperfections and kept searching the car for them weeks later and haven`t found anything! It`s been 4 months now and everything still looks great. I still can`t believe I got this paint job for the price I paid. I can`t recommend the team at the Aston Maaco highly enough. Awesome people! Excellent customer service, so helpful, so talented, so good at what they do! To sum up my experience with the Aston Maaco in two words I`d say shock and delight. Thank you, thank you, thank! :)

I went to macco in aston Pennsylvania and had my back and front bumper fixed and painted two days after i went there i noticed that my paint was chipping and coming off and the fron bumper was loose and not properly mounted correctly. SO i went back the owner told me to come back and he would fix it i went back he told me to come back in a month so I did, when i went there he told me to come back again and he would f... view moreit me in so this went on for about 5-6 months finally i went back and there was a new owner who told me he would fix my car, so i drop off my car there and i go away for a week to mexico i get an email saying my car was in an accident when in fact is was not ever with the exception of before my car went in. So now i have a car with a loose bumper chipping paint and damaged bumber and 1500 dollars short now from my pocket therfore i say to you DO NOT GOTO MACCO IN ASTON. So now that I have warned people about their services at Aston Maaco I hope that consumers out there will not go and get their car repaired. I have been arguing and explaining to the owners that i did not get into an accident with my car thats the way the previous owner put it back together. All this because the new owner does not want to pay for the warrranty work on my car he even had a guy who could hardly speak english tell me that I hit something with my car I explained to the new owners that the previous owner said he would fix my car and Mr. George tells me that he will not warranty my repairs. This is not fair I have spent $1500 dollars to get my car back to the way it was before and I cant believe that this company will not warranty the poor work that was performed on my car. Mr. George told me to contact people at the corprate office and work it out with them and they will not return my phone calls. This company charged me$1500 for 2nd rate work and parts that arn`t even mounted on my car properly so what am i to do warn other pontential customers about the poor work that they do so you dont end up like me thousands of dollars out of pocket for your car that will only later fall apart. And this is what they send me Tim Corp just sent me a fax regarding your email sent to them. Once again I will reiterate that 2 bodyman with combined experience of over 50 years looked at your vehicle along with our director from the Maaco Corporate office and we believe without a doubt at some point the vehicle was involved in an accident and that would not be covered by any warranty offered through Maaco. Being that this repair was done in January and you say you were being given the run around for close to 6 months it sounds like something you maybe should have went to customer service with a little sooner. Especially if you claim after 2 days you noticed chipping paint, plastic grill pieces missing, broken fog lights and a loose bumper. The chipping paint is the result of spider cracking, you can notice its on the corner of the other side of the bumper as well. Spider cracking with chipping like that on your car is the result of an impact. If you noticed it after two days and not when you picked it up it further leads me to believe the car was probably backed into somewhere when it was parked possibly. In any case good luck with the repair, keep an eye out for those things in the future. Chris George Production Manager
